There is a difference between being told who you are and learning how to hear yourself again. 

There comes a point when more information is not necessarily what you need.

You've read the books. Listened to the experts. Done the work. Asked for advice. Tried to understand yourself from every possible angle.

And yet, beneath all of that, there may still be a quieter question:

What do I know when I stop looking outside of myself for the answer?

Not how become someone new.

But how to return to the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath expectation, conditioning, fear, experience, and the voices that taught you who you were supposed to be.
